Throughout the year programs are presented on topics related to Health & Wellness. Programs are posted in our parish bulletin, local newspapers, and on our website. Hospital & Residential Visits Eucharistic ministers from St. Catherine's provide communion visits every Friday at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. Hospital
Visits
Eucharistic Ministers distribute the Body & Blood of Christ to the congregation through Holy Communion. We are in great need of more volunteers to serve in this ministry . Residential
Visits
Our volunteers also provide weekly communion visits to residents in assisted living and nursing homes. Contact the Parish Center to request residential visits. If your interested in volunteering as a Eucharist minister for hospital and residental visits please contact the Parish Nurses. Flu
Clinic
Flu and Pneumonia vaccinations are available here at the parish every Fall. Volunteers are welcome to assist with registration. Please check the bulletin for dates and times, or contact the Parish Center. Information regarding coverage may be obtained by contacting Wheaten Franciscan Home Healthcare at 414-535-7000. Blood Pressure Screenings
We provide blood pressure screenings the 3rd weekend of every month following each mass. Screenings are done by volunteer nurses and other health care professionals. Blood Donor Drive
Our parish coordinates blood donor drives twice a year. Volunteer parishioners assist with these community events. Blood donations are given in honor and in memory of parishioners. Our next blood drive will be: TBA |
