Baptism Preparation Saint Catherine's celebrates ALL life and we especially rejoice with you in the birth of your child! The Sacrament of Baptism opens the gates of heaven, and gives all the members of our community not only a chance to rejoice with you, but to welcome your child in a special way into the parish family of Saint Catherine's-the family of God. Contact the Pastor to set up an appointment for preparation and setting a baptismal date. Both parents should attend, and if your baby has been born - please bring the baby with you. The class consists of discussion, a video presentation, answering of any questions you may have and an explanation of what will actually happen during the baptism. |
